Adolescent Treatment

An excellent time for treatment. The teen years are an excellent time to address orthodontic issues, whether it is a misaligned bite, or crowded or crooked teeth. Because the jaw of a teenager is still growing, it is very responsive to orthodontic treatment.

We can create a beautiful smile. A new smile with straight teeth and a well-aligned bite improves a teen’s dental health as well as his or her appearance. These benefits can last a lifetime.

We use modern and innovative methods. At Advanced Orthodontics, we have successfully treated adolescent patients for many years using a variety of treatment methods. One amazing new method is Invisalign Teen, which does not use brackets or wires to straighten teeth, but uses clear, plastic, removable aligners that fit snugly next to the teeth. We also recommend Damon braces, which use an innovative bracket that does not require elastic bands.
