Our staff will provide you with clinical excellence by using the latest orthodontic developments and sterilisation techniques. Training is vital in achieving these goals, so a great emphasis is placed on continuing education for all of the staff.
Below is a brief outline of our staff and their roles
The administration coordinator manages the administrative areas of the practice and looks after the reception staff, who are your first point of contact at Advanced Orthodontics. Our administrative team have a wealth of knowledge and are available to assist you with your queries in consultation with other staff where required.
The treatment coordinators assist our orthodontists in the initial consultation. They will help explain the treatment required, costs involved, and initial appointment requirements.
The financial coordinator will prepare your agreement contract and assist you with maximising your health fund rebate and discuss any of your financial queries.
Our clinic coordinator oversees the running of the clinic and, along with our orthodontic assistants, ensures the patients are cared for and comfortable. They are specifically trained in orthodontics and will be involved in assisting with your treatment.
Our orthodontists are fully responsible for all the diagnostic areas of your treatment. The hygienists/therapists assist in performing the clinical aspects of your treatment. As with all the staff, they are highly trained and regularly update their skills with continuing education.
